About the Company

An exciting startup with an innovative contact-free, remote physiological (health) monitoring technology is looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to expand Donisi Health’s impact in the US care domain.

About the Role

Further establish and expand Donisi’s US Market presence with large care providers, RPM and Telehealth companies, and senior-care providers, with a strong focus on relationship building at the C-Suite. Prepare proposals and pursue deal closing processes Prepare RFP responses and conduct follow-up activities Manage the assigned Healthcare Provider prospects pipeline Coordinate and execute direct sales activities from targeting to closing Conduct product demonstrations Provide periodic feedback regarding product enhancement and new features that can help the sales process and/or improve customer satisfaction.



  • BSc/Ba (minimum)

  • Intellectual curiosity and a zest for taking on new challenges
  • A passion for business development
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, self-learner, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Great communication skills with tech and non-tech alike
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – a must

Required Technical Skills

  • Experience creating Deal Plans and Business Cases to detail and execute our strategy.
  • Understand Medical Device, FDA Regulations, and Reimbursement plans
  • Understand the challenges of bringing a new brand to the market
  • Understand the difference of value sale commodity sale
  • Previous experience (or a deep interest) scaling a high growth startup company
  • Remain close to industry changes associated with the market
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures for proper execution of compliance, training and regulatory duties.
