Responsibilities Contact customers to arrange meetings and ensure sales and customer success teams have the latest information Keep notes, contact information, reports and dashboards in CRM up-to-date Manage procurement, legal, evaluation, information security and other sales processes Develop and maintain organizational systems for sales and customer related documentation Facilitate event management, scheduling, and travel arrangements Drive collaboration across teams to ensure customer and sales requests are handled efficiently and tasks/ projects are completed on time
